Trillium manages portfolios for high net worth individuals and multi-generational families.
We integrate environmental, social, and governance factors into our equity, balanced, and fixed income portfolios, delivering both impact and performance to our clients.
Our equity discipline overall emphasizes low turnover and a long-term investment horizon for individual stocks. For taxable clients, each portfolio is customized to optimize after-tax returns, by offsetting capital gains where possible and carefully monitoring gains as they are accrued.
We work closely with each client’s professional advisors including accountants, planners and attorneys, to coordinate investment gains with other taxable events.
How it Works
What it Costs
Take the First Step
- We’ll discuss your financial goals and needs, including the level of risk you are comfortable with and any income required from your portfolio. We will work with you to determine the optimal asset allocation across stocks, bonds, and cash to meet your needs, and what Trillium equity strategy is most appropriate. We’ll also talk about how to structure a portfolio that is consistent with your values.
- Once you’ve made the decision to work with Trillium, we’ll send you our investment management agreement. We’ll do everything we can to make your transition to Trillium seamless, including working with your current advisor to transition your assets to Trillium.
- Going forward, your portfolio management team will monitor and make all of the decisions and trades for your account on your behalf, based on our in-depth financial and ESG research and analysis, and with your mutually agreed upon goals in mind. All of your account activity gets reported to you in the quarterly statements that we send.
- Your portfolio management team is available via phone, email, and in person, to address your questions or needs.
