Debbie Parks is a Finance Manager at Trillium. Over the past ten years, Debbie served as Chief Compliance Officer and SVP of Finance and Administration for Investment Counselors of Maryland where she was responsible for the compliance program, accounting, and operations. Debbie started her career at Alex. Brown in 1989 and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Towson University.
