Director of Shareholder Advocacy
Kate is a Director of Shareholder Advocacy, overseeing engagement with corporate leadership on environmental, social, and governance issues. Her areas of work have included climate change, deforestation, human rights, political contributions, drug pricing, and police responsibility.
Prior to joining Trillium, she was Shareholder Engagement Manager at Friends Fiduciary Corporation, a faith-based investment firm, where she developed and implemented the firm’s engagement program and coordinated collaboration with other investors, NGO and grassroots partners, and policy experts. Kate received her B.A. from Haverford College. She serves on the Haverford College Corporation and the board of Friends Camp, a Quaker camp in Maine.
