Job Summary:
Our equity research analysts are responsible for all aspects of Trillium’s equity research process, which includes the examination, interpretation, and integration of financial and Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) factors. While most of Trillium’s equity research analysts have responsibility for all security-level and industry analyses for a given economic sector(s)., this is a cross-sector role focused on large cap companies based outside the U.S. The role requires deep fundamental research, financial modeling, and the ability to integrate macroeconomic, sectoral, and company-specific factors into investment recommendations. Communication is a critical success factor, with regular interaction required with portfolio managers and internal colleagues, company management teams, independent research providers, and non-governmental organizations as part of our investment diligence processes. The role is based in Boston.
